Project completion timelines depend on site conditions, weather, material supply, and client approvals. We strive to complete all projects within the agreed schedule; however, unforeseen circumstances may cause reasonable delays.

The client must provide accurate site details, necessary permissions, and timely approvals to ensure smooth project execution. Any delay from the client’s side may affect project timelines.

All materials supplied will meet standard quality requirements. Once delivered and accepted at the site, responsibility for proper storage and handling lies with the client unless otherwise agreed.

M/S Rishi Construction And Suppliers shall not be held responsible for damages caused by misuse, unauthorized modifications, natural disasters, or external factors beyond our control.

In case of any dispute, both parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter mutually. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the local courts.
